The major issue with call management systems is that traditionally they have relied on users using office or web based applications. For many employees, this is not practical. This means that many call management systems are not regularly used and their potential unrealised.

FullCircle addresses this issue head-on. Upon receipt of the invoice data from the telephone company, the system sends each employee's call records directly to an application on their phone handset.

The handset application integrates the calls data with the user's mobile address book to provide the employee with the contextual information that he/she needs to correctly classify the call(s). A month's worth of calls can routinely be classified in a few minutes.

The FullCircle system remembers the user's classifications such that in subsequent usage, only new destination numbers need to be classified.
